Chris Brown Album out Today!

The day that team breezy has been waiting for is finally here!! Chris Browns’s new album F.A.M.E. is in stores today!  The bad thing is Chris Brown allegedly smashed a window after he did an interview with GOOD MORNING AMERICA’S Robin Roberts.  Chris wanted to focus on his album F.A.M.E. but Robin was more interested in the Chris and Rihanna saga. Robin asked question over and over about him and Rihanna, although Chris Brown tried to change the subject.  TMZ.com reported that Chris went back to his dressing room after the interview and used a chair to smash and window sending shards of glass flying to 43rd Street. I think Robin was wrong for asking all these old questions that Chris has answered a million times, but Chris needs to learn to control his anger. Chris has to realize that people are more interested in controversy than anything else. Chris cannot get mad every time these types of questions arise.  I think Chris should have just said, “Robin I am here to talk about my album, if you wanted to talk about that old stuff you could sent me a direct message on twitter!” If Robin continued to talk about him and Rihanna I would have just got up and left instead of breaking a window….. Chris the next time you in ATL, me and you need to hang out so I can teach you how to deal with rude people…..Its a learning process, trust me I know!

Anywayz lets take a look at the track listing from Chris Brown’s new album:

Are you feeling Chris Brown’s Blonde Hair?

Chris Brown is getting ready to debut his new album F.A.M.E. As we know, when any celebrity is about to release their album sometimes they resort to doing some crazy and foolish things for publicity. Chris Brown recently dyed his hair blonde.  I personally don’t think it looks bad. As soon as I saw Chris with this blonde hair I was thinking I bet a lot of guys about to start dying their hair LOL….. I guess we need to start calling him BREEZY MONROE!

Chris Brown Completes Domestic Violence Class!!!

Chris Brown has successfully completed the domestic violence class that he was ordered to take. The r&b singer even tweeted about it. Chris Brown was ordered to take these classes as a part of his sentence for assaulting his girlfriend at the time Rihanna. Chris Brown started the class back in February of 2009 and finished the course on December 20,2010. I am really proud of Chris, he is taking all the appropriate measures to redeem his self and the judge even said she had never seen anyone complete all of their probation requirements the way that Chris Brown has. Chris is doing a great job and it doesn’t hurt either that he just made one of my favorite videos  YEAH 3X!!

LLOYD IS REALLY FEELING THE NEW HAIRCUT

R&B singer Lloyd recently cut his hair off and donated it to charity, and everyone went bananas! Seems like it might have been a good move if Lloyd was trying to follow in the footsteps of Trey Songz and several others. Lloyd has a hit single “Lay It Down” which gets tons of airplay. It just maybe the new image! Seems like Lloyd easily adjusted to the new look, cause now he is considering buying tighty whities to go along with the new look…..LOL…..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHAEL JACKSON

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American recording artist, entertainer, and philanthropist. Referred to as the King of Pop, Jackson is recognized as the most successful entertainer of all time by Guinness World Records. His contribution to music, dance and fashion, along with a much-publicized personal life, made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades. The eighth child of the Jackson family, he debuted on the professional music scene along with his brothers as a member of The Jackson 5 in the mid-1960s, and began his solo career in 1971.

In the early 1980s, Jackson became a dominant figure in popular music. The music videos for his songs including “Beat It“, “Billie Jean” and “Thriller“, were credited with transforming the medium into an art form and a promotional tool, and the popularity of these videos helped to bring the relatively new television channel MTV to fame. Videos such as “Black or White” and “Scream” made him a staple on MTV in the 1990s. Through stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of dance techniques, such as the robot and the moonwalk. His distinctive musical sound and vocal style have influenced numerous hip hop, pop, contemporary R&B and rock artists. In 2010 Jackson was voted as “the number one global music icon” by music fans in an international poll of “the top five most iconic musicians worldwide” conducted by leading news source CNN and world music publication Songlines (magazine) ahead of The Beatles, Leslie Cheung, Elvis Presley, and Bob Marley.[1]

Jackson’s 1982 album Thriller is the best-selling album of all time. His other records, including Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991) and HIStory (1995), also rank among the world’s best-selling. Jackson is one of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fameachievements include multiple Guinness World Records; 13 Grammy Awards (as well as the Grammy Legend Award and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award); 26 American Music Awards (more than any other artist, including the “Artist of the Century”); 13 number-one singles in the United States in his solo career (more than any other male artist in the Hot 100 era); and the estimated sale of over 800 million records worldwide. Jackson won hundreds of awards, which have made him the most-awarded recording artist in the history of music. He was also a notable humanitarian and philanthropist, donating and raising hundreds of millions of dollars for beneficial causes and supporting more than 39 charities. twice. Some of his other

Aspects of Jackson’s personal life, including his changing appearance, personal relationships and behavior, have generated controversy.  While preparing for his concert series This Is It, Jackson died on June 25, 2009, after suffering from cardiac arrest. Before his death, Jackson had reportedly been administered drugs such as propofol and lorazepam. The Los Angeles County Coroner declared his death a homicide, and his personal physician pleaded not guilty to charges of involuntary manslaughter. Jackson’s death triggered a global outpouring of grief, and as many as one billion people around the world reportedly watched his public memorial service on live television. In March 2010, Sony Music Entertainment signed a US$250 million deal with Jackson’s estate to retain distribution rights to his recordings until 2017, and to release seven posthumous albums over the decade following his death.  If you have any special thing or memory about Michael Jackson please leave a comment! I LOVE YOU MJ AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

2010 BET AWARDS RECAP!

2010 BET AWARDS !!!!!

SEN1989 REVIEW:

  • Pre-Show The preshow to the BET Awards was pretty good with great acts like Mishon, Dondria, Roscoe Dash, Souljaboy etc. Even though there was some good performances, their also was some shaky ones too LMAO I wont say who though!
  • Host- The Hose of the 2010 BET AWARDS was THE QUEEN, LATIFAH that is! She was awesome as the host and even changed clothes between  performances into famous characters that she has played like CLeo in SET IT OFF!
  • Knock Out Performances- My favorite performances of the night were Kayne West who performed on a mountain type set, Janelle Monae’s performance, Chris Brown’s tearful tribute to Michael Jackson, T.I.’s performance was pretty dope, and Diddy’s performance with Nicki Minaj and of course my homie Monica!

Kayne West who had been M.I.A. since he dissed Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, and TI who had been recently released from prison both received standing ovations from the audience!

Chris Brown was finally able to do his long awaited Michael Jackson tribute! Chris was able to get through about 4 mins of his performance (which If I may say so myself was so dope!!) before he broke down into tears trying to sing MICHAEL JACKSON’S hit song “MAN IN THE MIRROR”!   “I want to say one thing, I let you down before but I won’t ever again, I promise,” said Brown as he accepted the AOL Fandemonium Award.

Keys showed off her baby bump as she accepted the Best Female R&B Artist Award and performed a medley of her hits.

Keys and Jay-Z, who did not attend the show, were picked for Best Collaboration for their song “Empire State of Mind.”

Other winners included Trey Songz, who won Best Male R&B Artist; Nicki Minaj, Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, and Beyoncé and Lady Gaga for Best Video of the Year for their song “Telephone.”

Prince received a Lifetime Achievement Award and was serenaded by Patti LaBelle, Keys and others with a medley of his songs.! Check out some of my favorite picture from the gallery below and I even rated a few of the celebs outfits hot or not!! Check it out!!

I must say BET stepped it up this year! Shout out to Debra Lee!!!
