Bow Wow has been balling for his 23rd birthday!

As well know rapper Bow Wow turned 23 on March 9, so of course he has been celebrating his birthday, According to sources bow wow’s mom bought him a new Rolls Royce! That car is really clean, but do you all think Bow Wow really needed a new car? Plus it seems that Bow has been kicking it with his old flame Angela Simmons (the two went out a couple of years back). Seems like Bow Wow got the car and the girl!
